Married at First Sight’s Sam Carraro is a confident go-getter who is sarcastic, outspoken and calls a spade a spade.
Enter pilates studio owner, Coco Steadman (“Just like a chocolate milkshake only crunchy!”) — who is gorgeous, boisterous, energetic and career driven — and apparently not the clothing brand owner’s “type”.
Upon meeting at their wedding, Carraro was taken aback by Steadman’s outgoing nature, something he isn’t quite used to. In fact, in his official biography, Carraro says he has “high standards when it comes to women and knows what he likes and what he doesn’t”.
During their ceremony, Dunne says that his new bride is “a little bit different to what he’s used to” and is “just, um, a little bit thrown by her”.
The 32-year-old was looking for someone who has “good family values”, who has “had a crack at life” and chased a dream. i.e. Steadman.. who is all of those things and more.
As for Steadman, who “believes in vibes at first sight”, in the past, she has chosen career over relationships because according to her, “your job is never going to wake up and tell you it doesn’t love you anymore”
The 30-year-old, whose zest for life is infectious, is looking for someone who fits in with her routine and truly gives everything she’s got. But will it be enough to save their relationship?
