Dolittle Movie Trailer

Robert Downey Jr. and Animal Friends Embark on a Wild Adventure in the Dolittle Trailer

The Dolittle trailer has officially dropped, and boy are we in for an adventure. In the two-minute clip, we're introduced to Robert Downey Jr.'s Dr. John Dolittle, a famous Victorian-era veterinarian who hides away in a manor following the death of his wife. Seven years after her passing, Dr. Dolittle is still a recluse, save for the company of his animal friends. But when the queen becomes ill, he reluctantly embarks on a journey with his squad of animals and a young apprentice (Harry Collett), heading to a mythical island in search of a cure. The film — formerly titled The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle — features an ensemble cast (Tom Holland! Octavia Spencer! Selena Gomez!), so we're definitely racing to a theatre when the movie comes out on Jan. 17, 2020.
