The chart topper will join fellow international act Halsey and no doubt a slew of Aussie artists when the ceremony kicks off on November 27.
It seems the detour down under comes at just the right time for Dua, who is set to release her latest single 'Don't Start Now' on November 1.
ARIA Chief Executive Dan Rosen said he is "thrilled" to have Dua join in the celebrations.
"She is a global superstar who has dominated the charts around the world and here in Australia. . . I cannot wait to see her take the ARIA stage," he said.
While Dua Lipa and Halsey are currently the only acts to have been announced, we know that if their star power is anything to go by, it might just be one of the most exciting ceremonies yet.
