Ella Emhoff is basking in the sun with rumoured boyfriend Sam Hine. On Tuesday, the 22-year-old model and stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris was spotted on vacation with the 27-year-old GQ editor in St.-Tropez. Clad in a stylish green bikini and blue baseball cap, Ella could be seen sharing a drink with Sam as they leaned in for a kiss. At one point, Sam snapped a few photos of Ella as she struck a pose. After all, Ella does have one incredibly cool Instagram she has to keep us with!
The duo first sparked romance rumours in February when they were spotted on a dinner date. Though the two haven’t spoken about their relationship publicly, in April, they pretty much-confirmed romance rumours when they were spotted cuddling up and holding hands in NYC.
