Farmer Wants a Wife: Are Bec and Farmer Harry's Souls Aligned?

Farmer Wants a Wife — AKA my favourite Australian dating show — is back in full swing, and this year’s farmers might just take the cake. They’re all such catches!

This season, we’re following Farmer Ben, 27, from Wingham, NSW, Farmer Harry, 24, from Kyabram, VIC, Farmer Will, 26, from Berriwillock, VIC, Farmer Benjamin, 33, from Guyra, NSW, and Farmer Paige — the show’s first female farmer — who’s 28 and from Cassilis, NSW.

Now Farmer Wants a Wife wouldn’t be Farmer Wants a Wife without some midseason intruders, and that’s exactly what experience farmer’s wife and guest host Sam Armytage has in store for this year’s farmers.

One of Farmer Harry’s newcomers is 26-year-old account manager Bec, from Queensland.

“I believe there is natural synergy,” she said in a press statement. “He seems to have a spirit that matches mine. I love his sense of humour and genuine nature already.

“He seems switched on, thoughtful and easy to be around. I think we would get along well and have great chemistry.”

Bec is yet to find the right person, but she has a strong feeling that she’ll know when they come along.

“I would say I wear my heart on my sleeve, but I haven’t met too many people who have completely and totally captured my attention and affection.

“It’s not only important for me to find love in another person, but to find a person who will complement me.”
