Harry Kane Is “Over the Moon” to be Expecting Fourth Child with Wife Kate Goodland

A congratulations are in order for footballer Harry Kane, who is expecting his fourth child with his wife, Kate Goodland. The England and Tottenham Hotspur striker, 29, took to Instagram on 29 March to share the exciting news with his followers. “Over the moon to be expecting baby No.4! Coming soon…”, he captioned his post, which included an adorable Polaroid selfie of himself and his wife, who can be seen holding a pregnancy test. The second slide shows their ultrasound appointment, in which their three children, six-year-old Ivy, four-year-old Vivienne, and two-year-old Louis, attended.

The parents ask their kids whether they think they’re having a new baby girl or boy. “Girl,” Vivienne responds, while Ivy says, “Boy”. Meanwhile, their cheeky toddler Louis simply replied with “Car!” The Kane family also includes their two Labrador dogs, Brady and Wilson, who are probably just as thrilled to be welcoming a new addition. The couple join the likes of Scarlett Moffatt who is pregnant and Dani Dyer who is expecting twins this year.

Kane and Goodland tied the knot in 2019 in a stunning beachside ceremony. The pair were school sweethearts, having been together since they met as teenagers. The couple got engaged in July 2017 while on holiday in the Bahamas, where the then 23-year-old popped the question and revealed on Twitter: “She said YES!”

Being that the couple have known each other for so long, Kane previously revealed that at times his partner struggles to come to terms with the massive amount of fame he has garnered. Kane told Esquire in a 2015 interview: “We went to school together, so she’s seen my whole career. Of course, she’s finding it a little crazy.” See their sweet announcement below.
