These Australian Reality TV Shows Have Been Affected by COVID-19
The rapid spread of coronavirus through the Australian community — 5908 confirmed cases, according to the Department of Health, including 45 deaths — has people social distancing and self-isolating in their homes. Outdoor events of over 500 people, and many of far less, have been cancelled or postponed, indoor gatherings of over 100 people banned, people limited to gathering outside in groups of two, and non-essential services shut down, as people have been encouraged to put off their social plans and to work from home. It's fundamentally changing the way we live our everyday lives — and it's also impacting the way we shoot reality TV.
