Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s Daughter, Olympia, Will Soon Be a Big Sister

It’s undeniable: Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian – an adorable celebrity couple in general – have together made one of the cutest kids: their daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian. And now they’re growing their family with a second child on the way! Williams revealed the big news the night of the 2023 Met Gala on May 1, confirming on Vogue’s live stream that there were “three” people present on her and husband Ohanian’s night out. “I’m feeling good now. I can breathe,” Williams said of her pregnancy news. “I can stop hiding.”

The couple, who got engaged in December 2016 and married in November 2017, treat Olympia like she’s their whole world, but she’ll soon be sharing all the attention with her younger sibling.

Olympia was born in 2017. Between tennis serves and Nike campaigns, Williams spends as much time with her girl as humanly possible, and when Ohanian isn’t helping to build tech empires, he’s trying to figure out how to do his daughter’s hair. In between that, the proud parents honor little Olympia’s milestone moments, too.

In May 2022, Williams and Ohanian celebrated Olympia’s first dance recital, with Ohanian sharing a snap of the couple happily posing with their daughter via an Instagram post. “First ballet recital for @olympiaohanian in the books ? proud of you, Junior! (The ring pop was not part of the performance),” he captioned it. A few days before, Ohanian shared pictures from his father-daughter date at mini golf, writing, “I made the mistake of thinking my 4 year old would take mini-golf seriously (this footwear??), but it was still a great daddy-daughter date ?.”

Williams and Ohanian’s family is the sweetest, with Olympia’s cute moments during family trips to London and Greece and her random Moana-themed party. The soon-to-be family of four is bound to be even cuter once their new addition arrives.
