It’s that time of year again. Summer is over, we have one month left of daylight savings and Married At First Sight has begun casting for 2022.
At the time of publication, we’ve only witnessed one dinner party, and while it’s enough to make anyone question whether going on the show is really a good idea, we’re sure there are thousands of singles who are ready to apply.
According to the official casting notice, MAFS 2022 is “searching for men and women of all ages and backgrounds who are genuinely committed to finding love”.
Of course, with previous years, we haven’t always seen people with the best of intentions, but 2021 seems like it is headed in a different direction so 2022 could be even better yet!
As a further sell to apply, the application states that this “groundbreaking social experiment uses science and psychology to help Australian singles meet their perfect partner.”
But of course, there’s a very big caveat —”you won’t get to meet your future husband or wife until your wedding day!”
The application also reiterates that MAFS is not a competition and that “there is no cash prize up for grabs” — however, the true prize is “love” and that my friends, is priceless.
