For the first time ever, The Voice Australia is looking to cast contestants for their brand new spinoff series, The Voice: Generations.
As the name suggests, the hit reality show is inviting singers and musicians from different generations to perform together in The Voice arena.
Whether you choose to perform as a family or maybe as a trio of talented siblings, this is your moment to shine.
We had a look at the casting call out so you know exactly what the process entails. First of all, you need to make sure you qualify.
Here are some quick terms and conditions: You must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen and if you’re under the age of 15, you will require consent from a guardian.
You will also be required to provide details of your act, with the application asking questions such as “Tell us something surprising about your act?” and “How did this act come together?”
Seven’s Network Director of Programming, Angus Ross, said: “The incredible new season of The Voice which debuts after the Olympics is the best yet.
“We are so thrilled with the series, we think it deserves a spin-off, and The Voice: Generations is the perfect way to add an exciting new dimension to the format.”
After you submit your application, it’s time to play the waiting game. With thousands of people applying, it won’t be possible for the producers to contact everyone.
But if you do end up hearing from them, then you may be one step closer to achieving your dream.
The latest instalment of The Voice will be hosted by Big Brother‘s Sonia Kruger and promises explosive performances and a brand new line-up of artists competing for the sought-after title.
