Real Housewives of Melbourne fan favourite Jackie Gillies, the spookily accurate psychic always encouraging us to "Shine it up!", and wife of Silverchair drummer, Ben Gillies, has revealed that she is not returning to the show in 2020.
On Twitter this morning, Jackie shared the unfortunate news, writing "I made the decision not to return to #RHOMelbourne for season 5.
"Love ya's and thank you for your continued love and support 😘 #shineshineshine".

Talking to Stellar Magazine on Feb. 16, Jackie explained that she and Ben are trying to start a family, and she is up to her fourth cycle of IVF. "Ben and I really talked about it and we wanted to put everything on pause, including Housewives, to focus on starting a family."
Still, she acknowledged that her efforts to become a mother would've made excellent television. "I don't know what it's like to be pregnant, but I've got friends who are complete psychos. Imagine that on the girls' overseas trip."
In June last year, Jackie told New Idea that she and Ben were trying for their first child. "Right now, we're in the middle of trying... I do not want to miss out on the experience of being a mother."
At the time, she was non-committal about returning to the show, which was renewed in September. "If I come back, the only thing I don't like is the negativity... I don't like sometimes when somebody will just make up a bullshit story to have a storyline so they can stay on the show."
Real Housewives of Melbourne last aired on Foxtel's Arena in February 2018. Original cast member Janet Roach confirmed in November that she would be coming back to the series, while Sally Bloomfield announced on Instagram yesterday that she would not.
