“Married at First Sight” couple Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven finally got married for real!
They tied the knot in a stunning beachside wedding in the Mornington Peninsula on February 24, 2023.
For the big day, Melissa looked absolutely stunning in her champagne-colored Maggie Sottero ball gown adorned with glitter. And get this — she even wore the same headpiece that she had on when they first met during their “MAFS” wedding!
Melissa opened up about her wedding dress journey. She told New Idea it took her a painstaking three months to find the perfect one. But all that hard work paid off when she finally laid eyes on a stunning Maggie Sottero design. Captivated by its beauty, she knew she found the one and didn’t hesitate to make the purchase on the spot.
Meanwhile, Bryce was looking sharp in a sand-colored linen jacket, white dress shirt, and black chinos.
“I’m just relieved to be able to call Liss my wife and not my fake wife,” Bryce expressed his joy and relief.
Melissa added, “Our love story has been epic from the moment we met! I am so happy to finally be able to marry the love of my life and start the next chapter of our journey together.”
The wedding was attended by several of their fellow “MAFS” alumn, including Jason Engler, Belinda Vickers, Nick Furphy, Steve Burley, Jesse Konstantinoff, Russell Duance, and Cameron Dunne. And of course, their twin sons Levi and Tate were there, too. The duo dressed up in matching white dress shirts and tan shorts.
Bryce and Melissa met during Season 8 of “MAFS” in 2020 and have been together ever since. Bryce proposed to Melissa in July 2021 and then the pair welcomed the twin sons in October 2021.
