Big Brother’s outback mum Melissa McGorman is as down to earth as it gets.
The 33-year-old from South Australia was born into a racing family and has lived across Western Australia and Victoria.
McGorman and her partner Ryan are sheep farmers and have battled everything from drought to bushfires, only just holding onto the family farm.
The pair have three young children at home and if she won the prize money, it would go towards 2,000 UltraWhite ewe lambs to help drought-proof the farm for years to come, in turn changing her family’s life forever.
It’s hard not to fall in love with McGorman, who has an infectious smile, bubbly personality and a “can do” attitude. Oh, and her nickname is “Lady Ba Ba”, so naturally, we’re obsessed.
This supermum intends on being a big player and we have a feeling, if she stays until the end, she may just get the vote from Australia.
