PS: Do you still keep in touch with Tim and/or Anna?
Dani: I actually don’t really talk to Anna or Tim, but I’m really good friends with Rochelle, obviously, and a lot of the other girls like Sarah Mae, Scherri, and a lot of the Melbourne girls. If I were to see [Tim and Anna], it would be great, but I don’t really go out of my way to.
PS: We can all keep up with them on Instagram.
Dani: They do spend a lot of time together, it seems. So that’s really good that they’re happy.
PS: How do you feel about the way you came across on the show last year? You were portrayed to be perhaps a little bitchier than the other girls.
Dani: I was mortified. I think I probably put myself in a lot of vulnerable positions because I just had fun with it. The whole show, I just had fun, and I’d make jokes. But as I learnt with editing, they can twist things, and make them look a lot nastier than how I had actually delivered them. It was probably a lot harder watching the show than it was filming, for me.
PS: I remember you were cringing on the After the Final Rose show, when they showed footage of you.
Dani: Yeah. That was a nightmare! It’s just the way they decided to portray me. I looked like someone totally different. They didn’t really represent me very well. I looked like a sexually-aggressive psycho!
PS: It was definitely entertaining to watch.
Dani: At times when we were filming I was like, “Oh my God, are they going to get anything dramatic from this?” So if I could at least provide a bit of drama, that’s good. I’m looking forward to next season, that’s for sure.
