Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Make the Met Gala Date Night

Gabrielle Union and her husband, retired NBA player Dwyane Wade, treated the Met Gala red carpet as their stylish date night on Monday, May 1. The couple complemented each other in black and red leather looks, Union in a long trench coat and Wade with a cape look over his leather button-up vest.

Wade and Union, who were married in 2014, have attended the Met Gala several times before, including in 2022 when they did a getting ready video diary for Vogue. In the video, Wade spoke about attending fashion’s biggest night alongside Union, saying, “The excitement of when your name is called and you walk up. You know I love seeing my wife in these moments, you know sitting back and watching her walk the carpet and watching her pose.”

Ahead of Monday night, the “Pretty Little Wife” star shared photos and videos from their night out in NYC on her Instagram Story, including some “late-night antics” from Wade in one goofy clip.
