Trent’s journey to “Love Island Australia” began in a small town near Horsham in western Victoria. While he’s called Melbourne home for the past few years, his heart remains close to his roots. A hardworking man with the motto of “work hard, play hard”, he is excited to set aside his crane operator’s helmet for the chance to find love.

As a teenager, Trent was a star footy player, but sadly, his promising career was cut short due to a back injury, altering the trajectory of his life. He’s now ready to tackle a different kind of field, one filled with romantic prospects.

But Trent’s connection to the world of reality TV goes beyond “Love Island”. He went to school with Phoebe Spiller, who captured the hearts of viewers on “Love Island Australia” last year with her partner Mitch Eliot. Trent admits he’s had a crush on Phoebe in the past, and they’ve even hooked up before. But he’s genuinely thrilled that she’s found love with Mitch and is excited to forge his path in the Villa.

Trent Joins “Love Island Australia”

In the lead-up to joining the “Love Island Australia” cast, Trent had a penchant for dating models. He’s had a few on-and-off “situationships” in recent years, but he’s embarking on this journey with a new perspective. His focus now is on finding someone to settle down with and build a future filled with love.

“I can’t wait to get in there and try to find real, true love,” he says.

Trent’s outgoing personality and natural charm make him popular with both the girls and the boys. He’s straightforward and doesn’t beat around the bush, a trait that may ruffle some feathers in the Villa but is bound to keep things interesting.

The Villa’s is in for a treat as this towering crane operator brings his charisma and genuine desire to find love to the show. Will he build a lasting connection with one of the Islanders, or will the Villa’s foundations be shaken by his presence?

“Love Island Australia” 2023 premieres Monday October 30 on Channel 9 and 9Now. Episodes will drop at 6.00pm AEDT every Monday to Thursday.
