Meet Jay Lal, the 31-year-old nutritionist from NSW who has tried her hand at basically everything.
If she seems familiar, it could be because this multi-talented bombshell is the former Miss India-New Zealand and played professional netball for India.
It’s evident leading a healthy lifestyle is important for Jay along with having a sense of humour – and those requirements are also expected from her potential partner.
Speaking to POPSUGAR Australia, Jay described her ideal partner, saying she wants “someone confident but not arrogant, funny and doesn’t take themselves too seriously and of course kind and caring to everyone!”
And her dealbreaker? “Anyone who stands up in the aisle as soon as the plane lands. Followed closely by a pen clicker, argh!”
After living in three countries and four cities, Jay has decided to call Sydney home, as she looks to the latest chapter in her life: Finding love.
