The Bachelors 2023: Marnie Is a Self-Proclaimed “Bogan Barbie” Looking for Her Ken

If the old saying that three is the magic number is anything to go by, this year’s season of “The Bachelors” will certainly be an action-packed ride of roses and romance. 

Bachelors Felix Von Hofe, Jed McIntosh and Thomas Malucelli will join host Osher Günsberg in the hunt for their everlasting love.

In addition to a brand spanking new Bachie mansion on the Gold Coast, Season 10 will also play host to 29 eligible bachelorettes assigned to individual bachelors in the hope of joining the series’ history books, alongside the Happily Ever Afters of Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich, Sam Wood and Snezana Markowski, Matty J and Laura Byrne, Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska and Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston. 

Rumour has it that at least one bachelor will pop the question before the series is out, but who the lucky bachelorette is remains a closely guarded secret. 

For now, here’s everything we know so far about the women of “The Bachelors” 2023.

Affectionately known among her friends as “Bogan Barbie”, 28-year-old Marnie is looking for someone who will break the mould of her previous relationships, in which she says she gave toxic people too much of her time and energy. Honestly, we’ve all been there, Marnie. 

“I just wanted to throw myself into a different way of finding love. I’ve tried the dating apps, I’ve tried meeting people organically and nothing seems to be working,” she says of her decision to join “The Bachelors”.

Paired with Thomas, Marnie is also looking for someone who will love not only her, but also her two young daughters. 

“I want someone I can bring into mine and my daughters’ lives, and for them to fit right in and have an amazing life together,” she says, adding that ideally, her forever love will be someone who is “funny, always down for adventure, someone who’s open to the fact that I have daughters [and has] big smile.”
