Spent your nights howling at the moon in anticipation of “The Masked Singer” 2023? Rest assured, it’s just around the corner. One costumed contestant is likely wagging their tail in excitement of the reveal — it’s (the ever-so furry-esque) Snow Fox!
We’ve got some pretty good hunches about who’s lurking behind those beady eyes and hiding in the fanned, feathered collar. And surprise, surprise so do the judges.
Here’s who we think is inside “The Masked Singer” Snow Fox costume.
“The Masked Singer”‘s Snow Fox Clues
Previews have been released for the upcoming season of “The Masked Singer” and in one, Snow Fox belted out her version of Avicii hit, “Addicted to You”.
Ex-Spice Girl turned judge, Mel B shared her thoughts on the effortless performance, calling the Snow Fox an “international global superstar”.
Our resident “Masked Singer” sleuths have been listening to the snippet on repeat and from the performer’s vocal quality to the way she hits her falsetto — all signs point to Jessica Mauboy.
But, the fans have some other theories.
While some agree that it could be “The Voice Australia” judge, Jessica Mauboy, others think that another Australian Idol alum is behind the mask.
“Maybe Snow Fox is Casey Donovan?” questioned one fan.
Is It Casey Donovan Behind the Mask?
Casey Donovan came to fame in 2004, when she won “Australian Idol” at just 16 years old. Since then, she’s become a role model for body positivity and gone on to win the third season of “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here”. Now, the multi-award winning singer is taking her talents to the theatre, in her role as Angélique for the “& Juliet” musical.
When Snox Fox removes its head who will we see inside? Will it be an “Australian Idol” alum or a complete surprise?
