As everyone knows, we are thriving in the middle of “Australian Idol” season. Judges like Marcia Hines are dropping words of wisdom. Contestants like Broome’s Amy Reeves and the Sunshine Coast’s Tyler Hammill are crushing the game. Everyone is hoping for another Guy Sebastian versus Shannon Noll type of showdown.

However, just because “Australian Idol” season, that doesn’t mean other music series news is afoot. For “The Voice” 2024 is in for a major shake-up.

According to Channel 7, Rita Ora, Jessica Mauboy, and Jason Derulo won’t be returning to judge “The Voice Australia” 2024. When “The Voice” begins filming, Rita will be on the American version of “The Masked Singer”. Meanwhile, both Jessica and Jason will be deep into their respective tours.

However, Guy Sebastian, the only returning judge, won’t be coaching each “Voice” contestant to improve on his lonesome. For Channel 7 has lined up some incredibly exciting replacements. These new “Voice” judges are the everscent LeAnn Rimes, the iconic Adam Lambert, and the brilliant Kate Miller-Heidke.

If you’re curious as to who these judges are, then you’ve come to the right place. Here is what LeAnn, Adam, and Kate are bringing to “The Voice” judging table.

Who Will Judge “The Voice” in 2024?

LeAnn Rimes

LeAnn Rimes is a brilliant country singer from Jackson, Mississippi. In 1996, LeAnn won the Grammy’s Best New Artist award. She also won Best Female Country Vocal Performance for her singing on the album “Blue”. In the intervening years, LeAnn has had a lustrous country career. Earlier this year, she performed in the BBC production “Michael McIntyre’s Big Show”.

When discussing appearing on “The Voice Australia”, Rimes appeared very excited.

“I am incredibly honoured and excited to embrace the opportunity of coaching on “The Voice”. This special chance to mentor and discover new voices throughout Australia is a reflection of the love and support I’ve received from my Australian fans throughout my career,” LeAnn said in a statement. “I look forward to returning the love, sharing my experiences, and hearing fresh, promising talent.”

Adam Lambert

Adam Lambert is a singer who rose to fame after becoming the Season 8 runner-up of “American Idol”. Since then, he’s gone on to replace Freddie Mercury as the vocalist for the rock band Queen.

Like LeAnn, Adam is also hyped to judge and coach on this season of “The Voice”.

“I am thrilled to be joining the panel of “The Voice” this season,” Adam said. “I have such great memories in Australia and can’t wait to spend some time down under! Australia has contributed some iconic talents and artists to pop culture, it’ll be fun to coach the next generation of talent.”

Kate Miller-Heidke

Kate Miller-Heidke is an Aussie singer and institution. Since 2007, four of her albums have peaked in the top 10 of the ARIA charts. These beloved albums are “Curiouser”, “Nightflight”, “Child in Reverse”, and “O Vertigo!” Kate is currently travelling across Australia, as a part of her Catching Diamonds tour. This tour is going to Penrith, the Margaret River, and everywhere in between.

When speaking about coaching on “The Voice”, Kate had nothing but good things to say.

“I am so excited to be joining “The Voice”, and to sit on the panel alongside these incredible singers,” Kate said. “The art and craft of singing has been at the centre of my life, and I feel like I have learned some things that might be of help to young or inexperienced performers.”

“The Voice” will be airing later this year on Channel 7 and streaming on 7 Plus.
