Billie Eilish is reflecting on her career over the past few years, and it's incredible to see how far she's come. Back in 2017, a then-15-year-old Billie sat down with Vanity Fair to answer a series of questions that became sort of a time capsule. Every year since then, the Grammy-nominated singer has revisited the questions with a new perspective and insight on fame, music, and growing up. On Monday, the magazine released their 2019 interview with Billie, and she's radiating pure joy.
In fact, Billie said maintaining happiness is the most important thing in her life right now. She said it's "the first time in many years" that she truly feels happy, and she hopes to keep it that way. "I was definitely not as confident last year as I was before that," she said. "But I am for sure a billion times more confident than both of those years. I feel like I'm probably the most confident I've ever been in my life." Watch the full video above to see Billie break down her answers one by one, and stay tuned for a special guest appearance from her sweet mom.
