Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff seem to be in it for the long haul. The pair revealed their engagement in May 2022, and their sweet romance has even inspired a Lana Del Rey song. But Antonoff isn’t the first public figure Qualley has dated over the years. She was once in a relationship with Nat Wolff, and she and Pete Davidson also dated at one point. Qualley’s mom, Andie MacDowell, even gave Davidson her stamp of approval at the time.
Just like she’s taken her relationship status to the next level, Qualley’s professional life has also blossomed over the past few years. Early roles in “Palo Alto” and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” helped kickstart her career, and she received an Emmy nomination in 2022 for her performance in “Maid.” Up next, she’s set to star as a dominatrix in “Sanctuary” alongside Christopher Abbott, which premieres on May 19.

It’s unclear when the couple first got together, but in 2016, Qualley hinted at their relationship in an interview with Vs. Magazine where she mentioned visiting her boyfriend on the set of the 2013 film “Palo Alto.” They made it red carpet official with a kiss at the premiere of Wolff’s 2014 movie “The Fault in Our Stars.” Sadly, things fizzled out. Though short-lived, Qualley and Davidson’s relationship was a rom-com in the making. After just a few short months of dating, the couple went public with their relationship at the 2019 Venice Film Festival. Davidson even received a blessing from Qualley’s mom, actress Andie MacDowell, who described the two as having a beautiful relationship, per People. Their summer romance came to an end in October 2019, though US Weekly reported they continued to “remain friends” following their breakup.

Qualley and LaBeouf met in October 2020 while starring opposite of each other in her sister Rainey Qualley’s extremely sexy (and NSFW) music video for “Love Me Like You Hate Me.” Come December, the pair were seen showing some PDA around LA, per Us Weekly; however, things quickly spiraled after Christmas. In early January 2021, according to People, the couple called it quits amid the abuse lawsuit filed by LaBeouf’s former girlfriend FKA Twigs. Qualley was first linked to producer and Bleachers lead singer Antonoff in August 2021, when the two fueled romance rumors after being spotted making out and frolicking around New York City hand in hand. The couple made their public debut in March 2022 when they stepped out together at the AFI Awards Luncheon. Then, in May 2022, Qualley revealed that she and Antonoff were engaged by sharing a since-deleted photo of her gorgeous ring on Instagram.
