The Blind Auditions were just the warm-up act — but now it’s time for The Voice Australia Battles, where the competition truly heats up. With each coach having carefully selected their team of standout artists, the stakes have never been higher. In this round, two singers from the same team are paired up to perform a duet, battling it out to prove they have what it takes to move forward. But the decision isn’t easy — after every performance, the coaches are left with the tough task of choosing who stays and who goes.

Of course, not all hope is lost. Each coach has one Save, a lifeline that allows them to rescue one eliminated contestant from any team. This makes the Battles even more dramatic, as some singers get a second chance, while others face the end of their Voice journey.
