Steve Carell Wants to Take You to the Moon in the Star-Studded Space Force Trailer

Fans of Steve Carell and Greg Daniels: Netflix's new series Space Force is for you. The streaming service dropped the first teaser on Tuesday, giving us a look into Carell's newest character, General Mark R. Naird. Touted as "a workplace comedy centred around the people tasked with creating a sixth branch of the armed services," the show fully leans into both the struggles and joys of what it would be like to run a branch of the armed services albeit with a comedic twist . . . four middle schools anyone?

One of the biggest highlights of the trailer is when Mark Naird dons a space suit, then tries to run in it . . . on Earth. If the thought of Carell trying (and failing) to "space run" isn't enough to get you to watch, the cast including John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Diana Silvers, Tawny Newsome, Lisa Kudrow, Jimmy O. Yang, Jane Lynch, Fred Willard, and Noah Emmerich sure is. Watch the full trailer above to jump headfirst into the ridiculousness Space Force is sure to bring on May 29.
