And just like that, Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte are back for the Sex and the City revival. The 10-episode HBO Max series titled And Just Like That… was first announced back in January, and production is officially underway. On June 11, Sarah Jessica Parker gave fans a peek at the group’s exciting first table read on Instagram and a few people have already been confirmed as part of the cast. Sadly, Kim Cattrall, who famously played Samantha, will not be returning, but there will be other familiar faces. Keep reading to see everything we know about the Sex and the City reboot – so far!

And Just Like That... Cast
Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis will all be reprising their respective roles as Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes, and Charlotte York-Goldenblatt. Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Willie Garson, and Mario Cantone will also be returning, with Sara Ramírez jumping on board as Che Diaz, a nonbinary, queer comedian who hosts a podcast that Carrie often appears on.

And Just Like That... Release Date
An official premiere date has yet to be announced, but production is already underway! On June 11, Parker shared a behind-the-scenes look at the group’s first table read on Instagram. “Together again. 💜,” she wrote. “Read through our first episodes. @justlikethatmax Alongside all the fellas and our newest cast members. Like an ice cream sundae.”
