Netflix's New Teen Drama Tiny Pretty Things Looks Like Bunheads Meets Pretty Little Liars
If you've been missing your regular dose of gorgeous "teens" up to their necks in schemes and murderous plots, Netflix is here to save the day! On Nov. 16, the streamer dropped the trailer for its upcoming teen drama Tiny Pretty Things, and it has murder, mystery, and mayhem all ready for viewers to delve into.
Based on the Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton novel of the same name, Tiny Pretty Things follows Neveah (Kylie Jefferson), a ballerina who gets a chance to attend Chicago's only elite ballet academy after the star pupil, Cassie Shore, falls to her death. When Neveah arrives at the Archer School of Ballet, she begins to uncover the dark secrets that her school and fellow dancers are determined to keep hidden.
According to the official synopsis, "After tragedy strikes Chicago's most prestigious ballet school, where every dancer is both friend and foe who compete fiercely for coveted roles, it threatens to unravel close friendships and to expose a constellation of secrets that could bring down a world-renowned institution." Didn't you just get the shivers down your spine? It all feels like a deliciously devious mesh of Bunheads and Pretty Little Liars, and we can get down with that!
