Full House's Bob Saget Has Died at Age 65

Bob Saget has died at age 65. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the news in a statement shared via Twitter on Jan. 9. “Earlier today, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for a call about an unresponsive man in a hotel room,” the statement read. “The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case.”

The stand-up comedian was best known for his starring role as patriarch Danny Tanner in the beloved hit sitcom Full House, which ran on ABC from 1987 to 1995, as well as hosting America’s Funniest Home Videos from 1989 to 1997. He is survived by his wife, Kelly Rizzo, and his three children, Aubrey, Jennifer, and Lara Saget.
