2019 Met Gala Best Dressed

Who Is the Met Gala's Queen of Camp?

When the theme calls for exuberance and hyperbole, the most over-the-top look wins. Those are the rules at the 2019 Met Gala, where the "Camp" dress code challenged the style world to ditch the red carpet norms and embrace the most exaggerated, the biggest, the most, if you will, extra of ensembles. Many answered the call with lavish headpieces, statement hues, and larger-than-life costumes that married the high-art of couture with pop culture references — in other words, this handful of stars nailed it; and while their outfits are anything but conventional by "normal" red carpet standards, that's exactly why they're worthy of winning the Met Gala's best dressed.

Take a look at our top contenders, then cast your vote right here to crown the queen of camp!
