Do you sell at Consignment Stores?

Fab Poll: Do You Use Clothing Consignment Stores?

Clothing consignment stores are not only great for nabbing a designer bargain, but they're also a handy solution if you're looking to recycle unused clothing and accessories in an eco-friendly way. In Sydney there are a few consignment stores which offer great services including Blue Spinach, Pelle, and The Frock Exchange. If you're unfamiliar with the concept, the gist of it is simple:

Gather any of your barely-worn clothing, shoes, and/or bags and make sure they're in top-notch condition (stores don't usually accept damaged or heavily worn goods)
Take them to your closest consignment retailer and agree on a selling price which is fair and worthwhile for the both of you.
Leave your goods in the store's capable hands to sell for the period of consignment (usually up to three months).
If your goods are sold within the agreed time limit, you both walk away with a cut of the price. Voilà!

Have you ever used a clothing consignment store to sell off unwanted goods?
