Exciting news! FabSugar US caught up with designer Derek Lam when he made a quick stop at Barneys for his Spring '11 trunk show. First they talked inspiration, then Derek revealed his love of "the tomboy", and how "the iconography of Clint Eastwood and the West" played into designing his Fall line.
