French label Carven hits Net-a-Porter

Fashion Lately: Carven Hits Net-a-Porter!

By George, they've done it again! Net-a-Porter has zoned in on another hot new label from France, with royal pedigree, no less! Carven, an established house of couture since 1945, is now fronted by former Givenchy designer Guillaume Henry, who has taken the label into an exciting new ready-to-wear direction. Keeping in line with the label's couture history, the collection exudes a fresh, youthful and modern feel with draping, ruffles and ruching all featuring in key pieces.

Head over to Net-a-Porter for an exclusive video interview with the designer as well as some brief history behind the label. Oh, and while you're there check out the silk printed scarf and asymmetrical silk and cotton dress, they're my fave pieces!
