Asim Abdullah, owner of Emanuel Ungaro, is said to be on the hunt for a new designer following the disastrous first collection with Lindsay Lohan and chief designer Estrella Archs. This time round Abdullah is said to be searching for fashion talent who can resurrect the brand to be "sustainable" by 2011. Lohan's involvement with the label cast a degree of uncertainty for its future, with rumours circulating that Abdullah was planning to sell. British designer Giles Deacon is tipped to be in the running for the position after he was spotted lunching with Abdullah in Paris recently. Stay tuned for an announcement!
