Trend Talk: Ginger & Smart A/W 2010

Ginger & Smart's Autumn/Winter '10 collection, titled Rhythm & Light, has dropped into boutiqes and department stores nationwide this month, as well as on their own online store which ships internationally. Taking inspiration from light, sound and rhythm, this latest offering from the luxe Aussie label combines easy, throw-on basics such as trench coats, slouchy knits and oversized tees, with the tough edge of leather, layered wrist cuffs, studded bags and shredding details. Acid green, electric blue and red all work back with a base of navy, grey and black, while distorted images of light patterns feature on statement pieces.
