After having heart palpitations at the thought of Hannah MacGibbon being replaced at Chloé yesterday, our pulse rate is back to normal with the news via Vogue.com that she will in fact be going nowhere. Chloé released a press release in answer to Eric Wilson's New York Times piece, which claimed that the French fashion house was looking at potential replacements for Hannah once her contract expired at the end of this year. All we can say is PHEW! Showing her flare for femininity and a decidedly 70s aesthetic at Paris Fashion Week yesterday, her A/W line up is chock-full of easy to wear pieces — all imbued with the signature Chloé sense of cool. With her creative director role secure and her latest presentation collecting rave reviews already — we're hoping Hannah is celebrating in appropriate Parisienne style! Stay tuned for the full Chloé A/W runway report.
