Snaps to Kate Sylvester who produced some of the best leather separates I've seen all week. A smooth-as-silk tan leather was transformed into A-line skirts, a form-fitting bodysuit, a terrific bomber jacket and hot pants.(Let me just point out that the hot pants were a lot more cute-as-pie rather than Gaga-crazy, I assure you.) Sylvester also jumped on the socks with sandals trend and sent models down the runway in wooden platforms styled back with white textured ankle socks. Oh so cute. Oversized neck ties were the feature of many outfits, and her accessories came in a range of lush leather colours such as cherry red in waisted belt and satchel bag forms. I want them all. Pastels made an appearance in the form of seafoam green and the palest pink, and dresses were layered in a preppy but cool way. Alexa Chung would totally wear this range. 'Nuff said?
