Opting to show off her faaabulous pins, Fergie stepped onto the 2011 Billboard Music Awards red carpet today in this short and structured Hervé Léger dress. The two-tone panelled number was form fitting up the top, in true Léger style, and sculpturally voluminous below — making for an interesting contrast. The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman teamed her party frock with Christian Louboutin patent, platform pumps and a skull topped Alexander McQueen clutch. Thoughts?
