Katie Holmes called on the services of Calvin Klein head designer Francisco Costa for her Emmys ensemble. The result? A cobalt blue sheath that bore all the CK style signatures; simple yet elegant, modern and effortless. Ms Holmes' racer-front gown was belted at the waist, but aside from the fine gold cincher, she kept her look unadorned. Do you rate, or hate her custom-made look?
