Trust Miuccia Prada to give us kitsch (yet-ever-so-much-fun) cruise wear. The small collection (a tighter edit being the name of the game when it comes to cruise looks) is imbued with her usual quirky sense of humour: a mixture of the ridiculous and the sublime. So what were her inspirations? Gypsies. With a decidedly '70s bent, via ruffled floral-print and polka-dot dresses and wooden-soled platforms embellished with ... what else but coral sprigs. Of course. Black suiting and LBDs (being the modern woman's staple) also found its way into cruise, but this time accessorised with delicious lifesaver-coloured bangles. Just for fun. Caravan chic? Miuccia thinks so.
