Titled 'Smoke Without Fire', Cargo Hall at Sydney's Overseas Passenger Terminal was taken over by a thick haze due to overzealous smoke machines, but that didn't stop Bec & Bridge's Spring/Summer 2010-11 collection from demanding attention. Peeking through were tones of peach, grey, khaki and sea foam twisted, draped and fitted in relaxed and contoured shapes. Sequins and mini hemlines made an appearance—as they always do, but the muted tones added an element of softness which is new to the label. Styled by Michelle Jank, Dinosaur Designs accessories gave a tribal edge to the raw and fuss-free collection. Organic but oh-so-sexy.
