2010 Milan Fashion Week: Top Ten Roberto Cavalli Looks
Who said boho was dead? Roberto Cavalli showed it was very much alive for his Winter '10 collection, proving why he's been in the game for 40 years come October this year. The rich-hippie vibe that made up the range was filled with pieces we're all too familiar with—harem pants, shaggy fur, animal print and boho maxi-dresses, but that didn't make the collection seem any less inspiring.
A mainly neutral palette was given a boost with embellished trims, textured fabrics and animal prints, while fur and velvet were the cover-ups of choice. There was a distinct vintage-feel to some of the more faded prints and blush-tones, instantly updated with hippie-cool sandals and heels. You have to give it to Cavalli for making a somewhat tired trend seem fresh and exciting. Click through for our top ten faves.
