Scarlett Johansson made her first public appearance on the Globes' red carpet in this embellished all-over Elie Saab gown from the Spring/Summer '11 line. The heavily sequinned, elbow length number is ultra feminine, especially with those sheer tulle sleeves and skirt. She's teamed it with gorgeous Van Cleef & Arpels jewellery.
