2011 Spring New York Fashion Week: Z Spoke

For Zac Posen's Spring '11 Z Spoke debut, we had high hopes — and this is a collection that delivers all the goods we could ask for. It's fun, fresh, signature Posen doing what he does best: eclectic colours, prints, and dresses cut with flair. We love the unexpected pairings; juxtaposed lacy bra tops layered over casual separates, flirtatious, corseted, cutout day dresses, suits, even Crystal Renn in ruffled bloomers. It's all a little retro-whimsical;  he even pulls out a showstopper and totally surprises: a sleek black, cutout maxi that delivers something a little futuristic. Vibrant and deliciously girly!
