Suboo Takes a Trip to the Tropics for Spring
The ingredients for our ultimate Summer wardrobe are as follow: one easy-to-wear maxi (pockets preferable, but not mandatory), several light-weight crop tops, pool slides and a handful of strappy floral bikinis. So basically, we'll be able to shop everything we need next season at Suboo.
The Sydney-based fashion label presented in Sydney earlier this afternoon at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, showing swim and ready-to-wear looks with a slip-on-and-go vibe. Wearable and feminine, strappy mini dresses were bright and summery, showcased in bright yellow, tropical patterns and a blue holographic print. Matchy-matchy floral-print ensembles will still be on-trend at Suboo RTW for Spring Summer 2014/15, as will laser-cut detailing.
If, when it comes to swimwear, you tend to gravitate towards great, flattering cuts and trusty prints, you're in luck. Palm-trees, graphic black and white patterns, and bold blooms brightened up the swimwear line. As far as shapes and silhouettes go, the strapless high-waist bikini was the hero cut in the collection. Bikinis were worn with visors and white two-strap pool slides, a sure sign that the Suboo girl is planning to spend her Summer poolside.
