Tour Zara's New-Look Australian Store
Is there anything that causes quite the buzz as Zara store news? Judging the reaction to Zara's refurbished flagship store this week, we don't think so. The retail fast-fashion giant re-opened its Sydney Pitt Street Mall store today, revealing a style destination that's bigger and (yes, it's possible. . .) better than ever. The spacious layout has grown by nearly 300 square metres and includes 29 new fitting rooms (which means less time spent lining up for us), and a snazzy new look.
The reveal also comes just in time to launch Zara's Autumn offering, and we think you're going to love it. As always, pieces are designed to be styled together and this season you'll notice sporty styles paired with more sophisticated pieces, like the cool pleated leather midi skirts that are cramming shelves. Sleek funnel neck coats and pastel shades of sugary pink, blue and light grey give the season a fresh feel.
On the accessories front, shoes are coming with thicker heels, we noticed the return of the mule and more takes on the Birkenstock trend are filtering through. One thing you can't help but notice is the introduction of cracked leather detailing across both bags and shoes and the addition of heavy buckles everywhere in the accessories line-up.
