How Does Afterpay Work?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later system that works like a virtual layby without having to wait for what feels like forever to get your purchases.

Here’s how it works. You pay the first installment upfront on the day of purchase. Then you pay the same amount fortnightly over six weeks until it’s fully paid. This equates to four payments in total. It’s especially helpful for making those daunting, expensive purchases because it breaks them up into smaller more manageable amounts.
