Emma Watson is never one to shy away from a statement fashion trend, and her latest outing at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week is no exception. The Harry Potter star hit the FROW at the Schiaparelli Autumn/Winter 2022 show wearing a black cropped blazer by the designer. But this wasn’t just any cropped blazer – it came complete with oversized lapels and voluminous sleeves.

Playing with proportions, the jacket created a wider top half that took power dressing to a new level. Watson, who has undergone quite the style transformation since her Hermione Granger days, teamed it with a relaxed fit white shirt layered over a basic white t-shirt. The 32-year-old offset the statement blazer with tight-fitting skinny jeans ripped at the knee. Despite denim trends of late leaning towards a more slouchy fit with wide-leg styles, tapered mom silhouettes, and baggy boyfriend pairs growing in popularity, Watson has got us thinking we should dig out our reliable skinnies again.

With choppy layers in her hair, Watson’s brunette shoulder-length style was highlighted with lighter blonde accents as her fresh-faced minimal makeup gave off a chic look perfect for the Paris show.

And she wasn’t the only famous face watching the runway. She sat next to Euphoria star Hunter Schafer who wore a sculpted, strapless little black dress complete with dangly gold earrings and cuff over elbow-length opera gloves. Yes, the opera gloves trend is going nowhere. With her sleek hair tied back and peachy makeup, Schafer was a vision of elegance.

The pair also sat with Rina Sawayama who wore a cut-out black mini dress with monochrome platform boots. The singer, 31, upped the beauty stakes by attaching metallic sequins around her eyes and cheekbones that ensured she sparkled in the crowd.
