Hailey’s sexy, sparkling look was designed by acclaimed Lebanese eveningwear designer Zuhair Murad. The semisheer, cutout cocktail dress was from the designer’s Ancient Egypt-inspired Spring 2020 haute couture collection. It featured a sweetheart neckline and a keyhole cutout under the bust, and it was covered in black sequins.
