How Much Latex Is Too Much Latex? It’s Never Enough For Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian called on good friend Olivier Rousteing to design three separate Balmain latex outfits for her appearances at Paris Fashion Week. Kim attended her husband Kanye West’s relocated Sunday Service in the first ensemble, which came complete with full gloved sleeves and a thick coordinating hair tie that she called out on her Instagram stories. I mean, who owns a latex hair tie? Seriously!

She sat front row at the Balenciaga show with her sister Kourtney, who also received an outfit from Balmain to match her sister in the streets. Kim’s looks ranged from chocolate brown to peach, and they were coordinated with her go-to sandals, including her PVC Yeezy thongs and the wire-thin snake-print stilettos she walks proudly in.

While Kim is used to showing off buzzy outfits that come in the extreme material – some might remember her famous latex dress by Atsuko Kudo – I can hardly imagine surviving Fashion Week slipping in and out of such skintight clothing. If I were Kim, I’d surely need to spend a solid few hours in between each event either completely naked in my hotel room or bundled up in a terry-cloth robe.
