Fun fact: I used to know all of the lyrics to Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" in high school — it brought me a lot of pride back then. So you can imagine my excitement upon discovering a Nicki Minaj dance workout from YouTuber Bria Fitness. It's just what you need to get some cardio in when the sun rises or to break a sweat before dinner (a midday dance session works, too!). The songs? "Super Bass" (of course), "Starships," "Pound the Alarm," and "Moment 4 Life" featuring Drake.

This looks like such a blast, and Bria Fitness does, for the most part, 30-second segments where she repeats the same moves over and over. You'll jump, punch, kick, get low, body roll, and smile all the while!
