20-Minute No-Equipment Workout

20 Minutes and Done: A Bodyweight Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Whether you're short on time or equipment, this bodyweight workout meets all of your needs. Fitness influencer and trainer Stefanie Williams posted a 20-minute sweat session on Instagram, featuring four moves that combine cardio and strength training and target the whole body. This set is great to do at home, in your hotel room, outside, or at the gym.

If you're up for the challenge, complete 40 seconds of each exercise for a total of four sets, resting for one minute in between. Watch Stefanie's workout above, and if you've got some spare time, throw in her quick butt workout for good measure.
